Our Philosophy
Our philosophy on early childhood development aligns with the Maryland Healthy Beginnings philosophy. We believe that children are born with immense potential and capacity to learn across all developmental domains: physical, cognitive, emotional, language, and social.
Factors such as heredity, experiences, and relationships influence brain development in early childhood.
Our Early Learning Center is committed to providing high-quality education to infants up to Kindergarten-aged children in Suitland, Prince George's County.
The center's aim is not just about fostering academic growth, but also about laying the foundation for a quality life, and offering a nurturing environment for overall development.

At DC Regional Early Learning Center, we offer holistic child development in five areas.
Cognitive development enhances understanding of core subjects and nurtures abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
Social and Emotional development focuses on improving self-control, mental flexibility, and interaction skills.
Fine Arts encourages creativity through art, music, and play.
Physical development promotes motor skills.
Communication development helps children express their thoughts and needs verbally.
